19" Rack-Mountable Analog Simplex Repeater
The Analog Repeater Module is a compact, CE-certified transceiver platform for building reliable SVXLink simplex repeaters, EchoLink gateways, and other analog linking or bridging solutions.
This repeater module is based on an RF.Guru hotspot platform and is built into a shielded 2U 19" rack-mount enclosure for clean, dependable fixed-station use.
Currently, an SVXLink Bookworm image is available for SVXLink and EchoLink use.
What Makes the Repeater Module Different
- Ethernet via external adaptor — routed through the secondary micro-USB port to a dedicated adaptor.
- External RF via N connector — VHF RF is brought out to an external N connector for a clean and durable RF interface.
- 12 W or 28 W RF output — depending on the selected power configuration.
- Integrated filtering — improved rejection and cleaner spectrum for continuous-duty repeater service.

VHF Version Measurements
Sensitivity Measurements
The 12 dB SINAD sensitivity was determined using a 1 kHz tone with FM modulation at 2.5 kHz deviation and injected into the receiver. This provides a realistic indication of practical listening performance.
Compliance Measurements
All measurements were conducted with a calibrated Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) and a 36 dB attenuator. Worst-case harmonic performance measured −53.07 dBc on the second harmonic, providing more than 10 dB margin relative to the applicable CE requirements.
The spectrum confirms clean transmission within 12.5 kHz bandwidth and strong suppression of unwanted emissions. Compared with leading commercial brands such as Kenwood, Icom, and Yaesu, this module delivers spectral purity that is in the same performance class.
