The TRXrptr is a highly adaptable repeater controller that integrates DAC/ADC technology and essential audio filtering to enhance sound quality. Designed for seamless compatibility with any Raspberry Pi, it ensures uninterrupted operation by automatically bypassing audio/COS or PTT in the event of a power loss.
This board enables PTT (Push-To-Talk) transmission and COR (Carrier Operated Relay) or COS (Carrier Operated Signal) reception via GPIO. The COS detection input supports a wide voltage range from 3V to 30V for added flexibility.
Features & Compatibility
For ease of integration, the TRXrptr package includes a Breakout Board, simplifying wiring connections for your repeater setup. This board also features adjustable trimmers to fine-tune audio gain and impedance matching.
The TRXrptr has been successfully tested with:
✔ Motorola MTR2000
✔ Motorola MTR3000
✔ Hytera MD780
✔ Kenwood MD380
✔ Expected compatibility with most other repeaters
It is an excellent solution for setting up an EchoLink/SVXLink analog repeater system.
