Performance & Compliance
All measurements conducted with a calibrated Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) and 36 dB attenuator. Worst-case harmonic: −53.07 dBc (2nd harmonic), comfortably exceeding ETSI EN 300 220 CE RED requirements. This provides an extra safety margin of over 10 dB.
The spectrum confirms excellent spurious emission suppression and clean transmission within 12.5 kHz bandwidth. Compared to leading brands (Kenwood, Icom, Yaesu), our module delivers equal or superior spectral purity, placing it in the same performance league as established commercial radios.

Mini‑FAQ
- Is it CE certified? — Yes. Fully CE certified. See the certificate link at the top of this page.
- Which bands/modes are supported? — VHF 134–174 MHz, FM (12.5/25 kHz). Ideal for EchoLink/SVXLink hotspots, simplex repeaters, and APRS.
- Digital networks? — Yes via software: pair SVXLink with AnalogBridge (DVSwitch) to access BrandMeister and OpenDMR.
- Output power? — 27 dBm (~500 mW). Use a suitable external antenna for best range.
- Expected range? — Depends on antenna, height, terrain, and local noise. A rooftop antenna dramatically improves coverage.
- Power draw? — ~220 mA RX / ~370 mA TX (with Pi Zero W). Use a stable 5 V supply.
- APRS? — Yes. Works as an APRS (2 m) digipeater with appropriate software setup.
- Pi compatibility? — Designed for Raspberry Pi Zero (pin‑compatible HAT). Requires Linux with SVXLink stack.
